Overview

Wenjie is a Bioinformatics Research Scientist at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She completed her Ph.D at Michigan State University. Her research focused on applying machine learning models as well as optimization models to understand transcription factors’ binding and the 3D genome. Wenjie has expertise in developing data-driven machine learning algorithms and optimization models. She also has extensive experience in analyzing NGS data including RNA-Seq, ChIP-Seq, DNase-Seq, Hi-C, ChIA-PET.
